Bees are real active around my hive today. I am not sure if it is just because of warm weather or if there is robbing, I stuffed some grass in the entrance and I took a photo

Thanks to all for responding quickly. I am in the north Greensboro area. I took your advice and attempted to shake the bottom board over the bottom super.
