Bee Keeping Help

Post by Guest »

Is their a fear of prosicution among beekeepers in letting someone assist with keeping bees for the knowledge? I have contacted several beekeepers and they all seem reluctant to let someone assist them for the knowledge of doing it.

What part of town are you in?

I see from your profile, that you are in Randleman. That is a bit far for me to be of any help to you, seeing that I live in the direct opposite corner of the county. I live in NE area. Thanks though.

OK. Next best thing is go to the website below. I spend an hour or two there every day. It will teach you everything "book learning" can possibly teach you.

Hi Guest!

Please go ahead and register so that we can know a little more about you.

I would suggest coming to the Guilford County beekeepers monthly meetings and you will find many from your part of town.
Most beekeepers are quite happy to assist and I am sure we can find you a mentor/teacher.
We have a meeting this coming Tuesday that you should come to.
Go to http://guilfordbeekeepers.org/ and click on club meetings for all the specifics.
