Harris Teeter has sugar for $1.50 per 5 lb bag I got 10 bags without a problem. They said it would be on sale until Tuesday Nov 10th. Of course you need a Harris Teeter card.

It takes a LOT of sugar to make fall sugar syrup,
2 parts sugar to 1 part water.
Thanks for the heads up! You may want to strike fast. I have 3 HT's near me. One (Guilford College) already had a "limit 2" sign up. The other 2 HT's did not (yet).
