New Site

Post by Wally »

We have been working on a new website for Guilford County Beeks. It is nowhere near finished, but it is far enough along to begin using, Plans are to have it up and running Sunday night, Dec. 20. By Monday morning, you should be able to access it in your normal link to the site.

Please come by and look it over. Suggestions and comments are welcome and appreciated. Together, we can keep it up to date and growing.

Well, the big change over didn't happen last night, but hopefully it will be soon. Everything is ready, we just had a breakdown in communication. Hope to get it done in the next day or so.

The new site is up and running thanks to Wally's hard work. I especially like the easy access to the pink pages and the national forum boards.

WOW leave home for a week and come back to find a great new home page.
Looking GREAT. Sure is nice to have all the forums in one spot and the reference sites are handy.
What a great Christmas present.

I keep the Guilford County Beekeepers home page (http://www.guilfordbeekeepers.org/ ) in my favorites and access the forums such as Guilford county, Beesource, Beekeeping Forums and Bee Master from the home page.
The home page also has links to other great sites such as NC state, Bush farms Linda bees (great video's) Links to the equipment suppliers will also be added its like a one stop shopping for bee info.
Pictures are also being updated more often, see if you can name any of the folks in the picture there now (March 8, 2010). There is also current Guilford County Beekeepers Aassociation info and reminders.
Put it in your favorites or make it your home page.
