Don't know about the craigslist extractor on this forum but here is one on E-bay. There were also a few folks willing to loan extractors.

Dandant Extractor and Pierce Knife

I have for sale a like new Dandant Extractor 2 frame (I think ..it might be 4) I really have not used it so I don't know how to load it. And a Pierce electric knife with theromstat also used very little e-mail me at rube63@charter.net for pictures...The price is $300.00 for both.

You could always build one. I think this is one of the best homemade designs I have seen.
