It's State Fair Time! That means it is time to sell HONEY!

The NCSBA will be selling North Carolina Honey at the 2016 NC State Fair.
This is the largest fund-raising event for the NCSBA and we need your help to make this a success.

We need volunteers to help set up and work the booth selling honey during the Fair.

Does anyone know if the beekeeping booth needs to be manned and if there is a schedule?

Yes, help is still needed at the NCSBA booth. Clink on the link in the original message and it should take you to the page to see times available. I am going down Sunday morning to work the 9 -12 morning shift.

I understand the link above is for signing up to sell honey.
A few years back there was a sign up sheet for the booth on the other side of the Bee cage for just talking to people about bees.

I talked with Nancy Rupert and she said that there is a sign up sheet for the bee education booth but Don Hopkins has it in a note book. So need to call Don to sign up for that booth.
Nancy also said that Don has indicated that he will not be in charge, involved yes, but not in charge of all the bee stuff at the fair next year.
Sounds like there are changes coming that may be more then just fair related.
