What's the process for a homeowner (or their pest control professional) to find someone to assist with a cutout? Do they just start with calling someone from the "swarm list", or are there specific members who are experts in these projects?
Just curious in case anyone ever asks me what to do..

Two of the best, Rob Jacobs and Mark Case, will be at the Beez Needz field day tomorrow. If you want to do cutouts and removals, I would suggest going there and talking to them. It is not a one liner question. It needs time to be answered sufficiently.

Great - thanks Wally. I'll be at Beez Needz today, so will definitely ask. I'm way too new to think I want to get involved with cutouts and removals, but have had neighbors and a pest control friend ask me what they would do if faced with a situation.
