I came up with a setup to weigh the back of a hive but I am not sure I have the best setup. It woks ok with one person but I think it needs to be refined a bit. Any suggestions would be helpful.
This hive has a reading of approx 48 pounds minus the weight of wood and eye bolts provides 46 pounds.
It was awkward lifting with one hand and snapping a picture with the other.
