Honey bulk price?

Hi all, I am used to selling honey by the quart, but someone wants to buy 5gallons. Need ideas on how to price it.
I believe NCSBA paid $225 last year for what they sold at the state fair. That was up some from year before.
Only you know what your honey is worth. If you are the highest you may not make the sale but if you are the lowest you won't be satisfied with what it brought. You have a good amount of expense and time invested that is about the same on a bad year as a good year.
