First Swarm call came too late

I had my first call today about noon so I gathered together what was needed and started to town for a low easy to catch swarm.
As I pulled out of my driveway the man called back and said he just watched them all fly away over the trees.
I'm thinking they may have been there yesterday and were not noticed.
