Need some advise.
What is the best way/least invasive?
Is a trap out easily doable?

A trapout would require 3 sets of scaffolding and 6 to 10 weeks, but would work if there are no other entrances.
The bees are most likely between ceiling and upper floor. A piece of sheetrock removed from the ceiling would likely be the only damage done to remove them in one or two days.
