There weren't very many honey entries at the fair, when I dropped mine off they said there were a lot of entries for honey but most don't show up. One of the workers was nice enough to move my jar of honey over to an end table where I could get a picture.

I don’t even think about the masters, I just do stuff that I enjoy doing and the honey competition was fun.
Entering the Central Carolina Fair is a good deal.
You drop your honey off before the fair starts(free parking) and they give you two tickets that cover entry back into the fair and parking good for any time the fair is open. I hope the NC State fair is as generous.

Just a heads up that the NC State Fair starts October 11 but entry forms are due by Sept 20.
