Smoker

OK, my smoker is finally putting out white smoke and not going out or shooting flames. Question: I'm getting warm smoke, not "cool" smoke. Not burning my hand; is this what I want?

Squeeze the bellows slower and feel of it. If it doesn't feel hot 4 inches from the nozzle, it is fine. Most new beeks squeeze too fast.
