I would like to have my honey tested to find out what type plants it came from. Does anyone have a contact for testing the honey? Thanks

One and maybe the only reliable source for determining pollen sources in honey is by Vaughn Bryant at Texas A&M.

I think Ira Poston ira.poston@duke-energy.com

And
Paul Jollay 336-213-0912
Have sent samples in for testing they may be able to shed more light on shipping, packaging, cost.

Otherwise you can put some honey under a microscope and see the pollen and do some comparisons.

Yes this is correct. The price is $60 and a 2 oz container is a plenty to send.

My results came back this week for my mountain honey 87% sourwood and I have a good amount for sale now. Just don't have any sourwood labels yet.
