Small hairs/threads on IPM board?

Following up on my other post just now, I pulled out my second IPM board and found a random scattering of small, fine hairs/threads (0.5-1" long maybe) throughout the board. Anyone seen anything like that before? My first fear is that I have a mouse inside the hive...
