Damaged Comb

Post by bregester »

I have several frames of wax that were damaged last year from wax moths. Some of them just have a little bit of cocoon in the cells and others are more damaged. Is it possible to reuse these frames? Will the bees clean them out, or should I get new frames?

Remove any excessive webbing, Put them on a strong colony. They will clean and repair them.
