I got a call about a swarm on a pine tree near the ball park concession stand at the Greensboro Arboretum. I called Phil Queen. He didn't locate the swarm on 4/4, but did on 4/5/22. He said it was a very large swarm of dark but docile bees. He did not think that they came from my Arboretum hives based on their continued high activity level. There are a few trees in the area housing active colonies that could have been the source of these bees.
