Tell us about your first sugar shakes. How is the mite situation in your hives?

He's my flounder gigging buddy from down at the coast.

Welcome aboard, I'm new at beekeeping but have gigged for years in the New River Inlet area. I use a 16 foot Sea Ark w/front platform 4/200 watt bulbs with a Honda generator mounted on the transom.

Welcome aboard. Never been gigging, but have always thought it would be something I would enjoy, and plan on trying it sometime.

First year beekeeper here as well, and I have not done a sugar shake yet. I plan on doing that in the nest week or so, as well as FGMO fogging.
