Does anyone know what the difference between the two are. What makes them difference?

New World Carniolan Hybrids • The Carniolans are known for their winter hardiness and rapid spring build up. • These bees work well in all areas of the country, are excellent Honey producers and comb builders. They also show resistance to tracheal mites.

The Old World Carniolans are not quite so inclined to swarm as the new hybrids. As a rule they are a little darker than the hybrids. They do get brood up quickly in the spring and they shut down quickly in the fall or in case of a dearth.

does anybody sell New World Carniolan Hybrids queens?

I found a place in Ohio that I believe I will be getting mine from. The fella's name is Denzil. He will be shipping in April when weather permits.
