Winter feeding

Just a note to remind everyone to make sure your bees have enough stores to get through the winter.
I had several hives that were light to the point I was worried that they would starve.
I fed the day before we were to get some temps in the mid to upper 50's.
Checked yesterday and all the food is gone.
It is never too late to try.

do you think one honey super is enough, with two hive bodies. the super was full when we went into late fall. i guess i need to check it, but just wondering.
