New type swarm removal

Norman called me today about a swarm in High Point. I went to the address and found the bees in a wall of the house. The unusual part of it was, it was only the wall, lying flat. The rest of the house was gone. Of all my removals, that was the first wall only I have ever came across.

Was the house torn down and the wall left?

The house was being torn down and when the last wall fell, the bees flew.
