FYI, my friend just received his acceptance letter for the Grant program.

It said he was 1 of 250 accepted out of 2700 applications.

David Lanzer
he works in Greensboro, but lives out near Liberty

his letter said the pickup date was April 28th on Saturday, but the calendar says that is a Thursday, (hehe somebody didnt edit well)

2 hives assembled, unpainted
20 frames assembled
top and bottom boards, inner cover
2 3# packages

Kind of stinks that the hives are not already painted.
2 options...
Install and paint after the bees are in the hive or leave them in their respective packages until the equipment is painted and dry.

Bummer!
