need advice

One year old Hive with one deep and 2 mediums.
There are full frames of brood in the deep and a little brood in both mediums.

The deep has 10 frames but they are only using 8. One outside frame has never been drawn out and the frame next to it was a starter strip and it has not been drawn out.

Should I rearrange these frames or just let them do want they want ?

The swarm that I hived on just foundation, that left, is now in one deep with just foundation, and a medium of drawn comb on top. I had hopes of using this supper for honey, however, I decided to use it for the queen to have somewhere to lay in hopes of retaining the swarm.

Question:
Should I, once she starts laying in the medium, reverse the medium and the deep? Or will she go down on her own?
