I just started using my electric wax embedder and only got 30 or so embedded and then it quit heating the wire. Should I go to Walter T. Kelly or contact Dadant who I purchased it through? I hope this is not the norm as this was a costly purchase.

Why don't you come down and use mine while I check yours. I'm somewhat an electrician and can usually find the problem. There are a number of things that can go wrong which are easily fixable.
Just bring your frames and if I can't fix it, you can finish up with nine.
