Removal of long term hive inside wall of a home

Helping out a friend: a HUGE honey bee hive has thrived in the wall of an old home at least 10 yrs. With the problems of our current bee population, hoped to see these bees relocated & loved by a dedicated beekeeper. Are there any out there interested in discussing possibilities? The home is located in Southeast Guilford Co on Williams Dairy Rd.
