Swarm 4/29/20

I made a quick trip out for a few essentials (pastrami, swiss cheese, rye bread) this morning when my neighbor called to let me know one of my hives was swarming. I am pretty sure this is not number 5 from the Stadiem swarm. These bees went directly to the spot where I had sprayed some Swarm Commander yesterday and patiently waited for me to get back and hive them up. I used a queen includer on the landing board for a few hours, but they seemed so anchored in that I took it away. I have put them to work drawing wax on some of my old, cleaned plastic foundation that I re-waxed.

Rewaxing is the key to make them use it, otherwise they might look at a day or two and then adios
