This is where I am with small cell.
I started out with small cell and natural cell from small cell starter strips 2 years ago except for the frames that came with the nucs.
I did not try and regress the bees per any regression plan, I just used it like any other wax. I also did not have comparison hives some with small cell and some with regular size cell.
The small cell wax costs a few dollars more.
I cannot say I had fewer mites then anyone else.
I am continuing to use it.

Interesting. I'm thinking about trying foundationless frames in a few of my deeps as a way to naturally regress for varola mite solution. They say it helps regress to smaller cell.

Do you use deeps at all? I saw a picture of your hives and didn't see any.
